UPDATE! ! ! HARRY POTTER CABINETS AVAILABLE!

I have indicated in the blog below which Harry Potter cabinets are now available.  So hurry over to Tara's Shop if you are interested before they are sold out.

Thank you very much
and Happy Easter everyone,
Sherry XOXO :-)

Harry Potter Cabinets Completed

Okay, I promised to keep you up to date with my Harry Potter Cabinets.  So, here are the pictures of the finished minis.  Well, late last night I finally arranged each cabinet and glued the items on the shelves.  Tara is posting them in her shop, however, they will be marked "Reserved" for the time being as she has someone that is interested in them.  We are pretty sure that this person may not buy all of them, so keep an eye out at Tara's Store for a chance to get one if you are interested.  Everything was hand made except the cabinets and the bottles.  This was a very interesting venture for me and I really enjoyed coming up with idea's that were a little different than Tara's cabinet.  My next project will be the Tea Cart and I already have a few items made for it.  However, I will not start that project until next week as I have some paperwork that needs to be completed and tomorrow is Easter Sunday.  But, I will post pictures of the Tea cart as I go along.

Wishing all of you a very Happy Easter,
Sherry XOXO :-)

Harry Potter goodies for the cabinets

Well, I promised to keep you up to date as I was going along on these Harry Potter Cabinets that I am making.  Well, here is a little peak at just come of the items that will be going on the shelves.  I still have a few more items that I want to make, but, this should give you an idea.  I'm not sure yet how I want to decorate/arrange each cabinet, I usually start by selecting items and putting them on the shelves and then rearranging them over and over until I reach a point that I am satisfied on how they look.

Harry Potter Honeydukes Shop

Staying true to Tara's colors, here are 3 of the Honeydukes Shop cabinets that I have just finished painting.  Next I will be painting the Tea Cart.  Even though I am staying true to the color scheme of Tara's minis, I am sure that there will be a difference as far as how we will be decorating them.  I have some cute idea's already and I am anxious to get started.  Will post pictures as I go along.

Thanks for checking out my blog,
Sherry

New Witch Hats

This is the front view of the hats

This is either the side view or the back view of the hats

To all my blogging friends out there, I have made some more Witch Hats.  Instead of the same old hat stands, this time I used a bottle filled with pearls, beads, tied it with a ribbon and attached a crystal, all to match the colors of the hat that it is attached to.  I thought this might be a neat way of showing off the hats.  They are all made out of clay and decorated in beautiful materials, feathers, flowers, beads and charms, they are very unique in their way.  Of course they are much prettier in person.   I have sent pictures of the hats to Tara and she has listed them in her shop.  So if you would like to see a closer picture of the hats from all views, you can buzz over to her shop and take a look.

Thank you so much for checking out my blog,
